Seniors, What sort of wildlife visits your garden?
Do you welcome it, tolerate or discourage it?Is there anything you don't like to see?I live on the outskirts of town and apart from birds, insects, frogs, slugs and snails, there are regular nightly visits from foxes. I would like to have hedgehogs but haven't seen one for years. The only thing I definitely do not want to see is a rat, probably the most unwelcome in the UK.There has been a fox at the bottom of my garden today, curled up under a shrub. I think it must have felt trapped as there were fireworks being let off most of the evening until early morning, and a lot of human activity throughout the night. It must have left it too late to return to nearby woods this morning and thought my garden to be a safe haven..

Does anyone know of a WildLife zoo/preserve I can volunteer at for hands on experience?
I am graduating highschool this year and I wish to become an animal trainer keeper. Before I go off to my first year of college, I want to volunteer at a wildlife zoo or preserve so I can have hands on experience. What would you recommend? I am researching everywhere...I am not sure where to start. Thankyou for your help
